So first of all, the presentation of the store itself is large and modern. Unfortunately, the hygiene in the shop is not great. Only cloth masks are used. Employees run around behind the counter in street clothes. The electrical panels cannot be cleaned. The employee who asked us was not very friendly and seemed annoyed by our large order. 🙄 I assume that it was the line there, unfortunately without a name tag. Then I bought a burger that was so extremely dry that I half suffocated. It was good that everything was in our bags. Unfortunately for Happymal there was neither a balloon nor gummy bears as we are used to. The pictures are once the illustration and twice reality 🤷‍♀️

The toilets were closed again. Thiendorf is a popular stopping point. The toilets at McDonald's were never that famous.

Ordered avocado burgers and got cheaper avocado salsa burgers. Dirty dinner because I didn't like it. Burger ended up in the trash after one bite!

The only thing that is still OK are the employees behind the glass. The offer is normal, but you can no longer stay there because of the "Merkel death flu". At least the baby changing room was still open and was able to relieve himself.

Unfortunately only 3 stars because: the place was mega full and you should only immortalize yourself with your personal data if you dine in the restaurant. We were over 30 min. in the building and theoretically did not have to provide any data afterwards. And that's awesome !! We originally wanted to eat on site, but decided against it quite spontaneously due to the large number of customers. ... The staff was very nice and did very well and was very friendly! I take my hat off to you !!

Not really customer oriented !!! Opening times until 00:00 and from 23:30 the condition would be set ... When I ordered a signature burger, the staff refused to prepare it for me. When asked it was said that they had already closed. Will not visit these finals again!

That was nothing today. Only the drive-in counter was open. Of course, it would have made sense to point this out at the entrance. Many customers, including me, first parked and then stood in front of a locked door. Use of the toilet is also not possible.

Order went quickly thanks to the order terminal. Esssen was fresh and warm. But what does not work: During our stay, several visitors came into the restaurant without face masks and there were no reactions from the employees. Not even a friendly tip. It was just ignored.

Toilets could not be used only the disabled toilet! Why ??? and this was very, very dirty, was there with my little granddaughter who needed and unfortunately had to clean thoroughly first. Everything was stained with urine, even the floor. Disgusting.
